                <h2>How this service handles content</h2>
                <p>{{ setting('site_name', 'InstaGrab') }} does not host, store or index Instagram content. Media is fetched on demand from Instagram's own servers in response to a user-supplied link and streamed directly to that user. No copies persist on our infrastructure beyond a short technical cache.</p>

                <h2>Filing a notice</h2>
                <p>If you believe the service is being used to infringe your copyright, send a notice via our <a href="{{ route('page.contact') }}">contact page</a> including:</p>

                    <li>identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;</li>
                    <li>the Instagram URL(s) concerned;</li>
                    <li>your contact information (name, email);</li>
                    <li>a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized;</li>
                    <li>a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act for the rights holder;</li>
                    <li>your physical or electronic signature.</li>

                <p>Valid notices are reviewed promptly. Where technically applicable, we block resolution of the reported URLs and take reasonable measures against repeat abusive users. Since content lives on Instagram, removal at the source should be directed to <a href="https://help.instagram.com" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">Instagram's own reporting tools</a>.</p>
